What information needs to be shared to ASAP Team?
Fill the form sharing as much information as possible about your project for example:
- the script
- the clip or the script with timecodes if sync is needed
- the usage (TV radio broadcast, web, social AD, ...)
- when do you need it
- voice style (commercial, emotional, professional...)
- needs additional services (translation or video editing)

When do I get the audio?
ASAP. It depends on the duration of the project. On average the delivery time is within a day or 24h, you will receive a confirmation about the delivery soon.

Delivery audio format?
Standard is .wav 48khz / 24 bit mono format. You can also receive a 44khz or 16 bit .wav, or an mp3, depending on your needs.

Revision policy
If the reason for the retake is for a Talent error (e.g. mispronunciation), there will be no additional costs. If a change on the script is needed, we will do an estimate quote. If the change is small, there could be no additional costs.
